Universal Clicker ("Auto Clicker:Automatic Tap App" in the App Store and on Google Play) is made by MELIORAPPS INTERACTIVE SRL. Write to us about the app, a plan or your data, in English, Romanian or Russian.

Contact us

Email contact-us@meliorapps.org, or open Settings → Contact us in the app. It helps us answer faster when you tell us:

  • your phone or tablet and its system version;
  • the app's version: Settings shows it at the bottom;
  • the website the automation runs on;
  • what you expected and what happened, with a screenshot.

Plans and purchases

  • Get your plan back on a new phone or after reinstalling: Settings → Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
  • Cancel or change a plan in the store you paid with. Plans renew every week until you cancel; deleting the app doesn't cancel one. iPhone and iPad: the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Android: the Google Play app → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are decided by the store you paid: Apple or Google Play.
  • What each plan includes: Plans. Bought a plan on the old version of this website? Write to us and we'll help.

Common problems

  • A run waits at a sign-in or a pop-up. A website's sign-in, cookie banner or "open the app" card can cover the next step. Sign in or close it: the run goes on by itself once the page is clear, or tap Continue.
  • A tap misses its target. Every recorded tap keeps both its spot and its button. Open the automation → Edit steps and switch how the tap finds its target (Tap position, Page element or Smart), for one tap or all of them. When a run fails at a tap, the app offers the switch.
  • The website changed. When a run fails, the app offers Fix it with AI, Try again and Edit steps. You can also record the task again.
  • No runs or requests to the AI left this week. Allowances are weekly and reset together 7 days after the first thing you did once the last week ended; Settings shows when. Higher plans include more.
  • It doesn't tap in other apps. Universal Clicker works on websites, inside its own browser. It needs no root, Accessibility access or screen overlay, so other apps, games installed on your phone and the home screen are out of its reach.
