Delete Your Universal Clicker Account

• Your account: your email address, password and sign-in sessions.
• Your profile: username, profile picture and plan details.
• Automations on our server: the ones cloud sync saved from the app, and any made on the old version of this website with their run history.
• Templates you shared, with their ratings, downloads and reports. Anyone who already added one of your templates keeps their own copy.
• Your ratings, downloads and reports of other people's templates.
• Your weekly usage counts: automations added, runs and requests to the AI.
• The log of your AI requests. It holds the length of each request, the website and the cost, never what you wrote.
• On iPhone, the link between your account and the phone's registration for notifications.

This does not touch your phone. The automations, run history and AI chats saved in the app stay on it until you delete them or the app. Your AI chats are never saved on our server: what you write to the AI, with an outline of the website, goes to OpenRouter, the service that runs our AI models, with a coded ID instead of your name or email address.

• Purchase records. Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat (the service that handles our in-app purchases) keep records of your payments, such as the plan, price and date, for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Our own copy of these records loses your account ID.
• Usage analytics and crash reports. PostHog (how the app is used, including recordings of some app sessions with typed text and images hidden) and Sentry (crash reports) hold data linked to your account ID. We delete or anonymise your PostHog data within 30 days; Sentry deletes crash reports by itself within 90 days.
• Anonymous totals. Numbers that can't identify you may stay, such as how many people used a feature or the star rating of someone else's template.

Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first, where you bought it:

• Google Play: open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Auto Clicker:Automatic Tap App → Cancel subscription.
• App Store: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions → Auto Clicker:Automatic Tap App → Cancel Subscription.
• Bought on this website (sold by Paddle): use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to us and we cancel it for you.

If you never signed in, you have no account to delete.

• Your automations, history and settings are kept only on your phone. Deleting the app removes them. On iPhone, the app's random install ID and this week's usage counts stay in the phone's keychain, so a reinstall keeps the same weekly limits.
• Our server keeps a few records for your install, under that random ID and never your name or email: a weekly count of your requests to the AI, the log of those requests (length, website and cost, never the text) and, on iPhone, the registration for notifications if you allowed them. App usage analytics are linked to a random ID too.
• To have them deleted, open Settings → Contact us in the app before you delete it. The email it opens includes your install ID. Change the subject to "Delete my Universal Clicker data" and send it. We delete these records and the analytics linked to them within 30 days.
