1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Universal Clicker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Universal Clicker ("we", "us"), based in Moldova.

2. Description of Service

Universal Clicker is a web automation platform that allows users to record, build, and share browser automation scripts. The Service is available as a web application and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through paid subscriptions processed by Paddle.com (our payment processor). Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of automations you create. By publishing to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content. You must not publish automations that violate third-party terms of service or are designed for malicious purposes.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for illegal activities; attempt to bypass security measures of third-party websites; distribute malware or harmful automations; abuse the community features; or exceed reasonable usage limits.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Universal Clicker. Community-shared presets are licensed under a permissive sharing license unless otherwise specified by the creator.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that automations will work on all websites or that third-party websites will not change their structure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal Clicker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chisinau, Moldova.
